Plaza Great Houseguide 2008-08-10
Villa F, the one-family house RB Arkitekur has designed in Näsbypark, is on the cover of Plaza Great Houseguide. On a sloping lot we had to adapt to a number of criteria and wishes from the clients. The house is very space-efficient and easily constructed. Longside the face of the house runs a screenwall that holds a long balcony. From there the living spaces of the second floor have a good general view over the lot. On the other side these rooms overlook a lake. The entrance of the house has been marked by a volyme that is clearly pronounce in the face of the house. The slightly rhombic forms appeared when the right of construction was maximised.
