The rebuilding of real estate from office to housing in central Stockholm.
The real estate is almost 2000 square meters and was constructed in 1862. In the 1950s the real estate was made into office and now it will be remade into housing through the creation of a dozen attractive appartments in one of Stockholm’s most central and dynamic areas.
The rebuilding entails cautious renovation where existing original details are taken care of while supplementations are modern.
